Ride the Cold Spring Trolley

cold_spring_trolley_inside.jpgRiding the Cold Spring Trolley is like taking a journey back in time, and it only cost 10 cents one-way.  Yes, ten-cents!   For commuters from NYC or other locations that run along the Hudson Metro North rail line, hop off at either the Garrison or Cold Spring Train Station and spend some time strolling the quaint streets.  There is plenty to see and do in Cold Spring while Garrison boasts unique artwork at the Garrison Art Center.

Once you are done looking around, hop on the Trolley, pay your ten cents and let driver Bobby Palazzo, take you for a ride through Nelsonville, Garrison, Cold Spring, and the beautiful Boscobel House and Gardens.  What’s really great about the Trolley is that you can flag it down any where along its route and it will cold_spring_trolley_bobby_p.jpgstop and pick you up, as long as you are on the same side of the street the Trolley is traveling.
