Located within the Philipstown Community Center (Dec-May) the Cold Spring Indoor Farmers’ Market provides a vital link to healthy, fresh food and the farmers that produce it.  The Philipstown Community Center is located at 107 Glenclyffe Drive, Garrison, NY 10524.

What’s to note? 

A plentiful supply of winter-grown produce including collards, kale, salad greens, tomatoes, and more!  You’ll find 15 varieties of mushrooms, crisp orchard apples, eggs and fresh pasta, and a long list of organic, cold-cellared root vegetables including beets, carrots, parsnips, potatoes, onions, garlic & shallots!  Top that with fresh broccoli, cauliflower, and winter squash… and you can see Hudson Valley farmers know how to supply variety for a healthy winter diet!

4th Saturdays:  Acorn Hill Farmstead Cheeses, Krazy for Kazu’s.
