How to use your Camera to “capture” the Holidays

Get your family together and take a group photograph – sounds easy, right?  Sometimes it can be more challenging than you think!  Learn how to use your digital camera to preserve your special holiday moments and family celebrations; attend the “Capture the Holidays” workshop at Mahopac Public Library on Saturday, November 20, from 10-11:30 am.  Registration for this free program is required.

In this workshop, led by James Sparks, you will learn about the concept of creating a photo essay.  Participants will also discover how available light, taking candids, and posing group shots like a professional will all contribute to more meaningful and beautiful holiday memories.  Gain confidence in using your camera and get the results you’re looking for.
