The bitter cold didnt’ stop thousands of Carmel, Kent, Patterson and Mahopac residents to welcome in the Holidays  as the town of Carmel celebrated its annual Holiday of Lights Parade along Route 52.  The parade assembled at Guide Posts and then marched down Route 52 to the excitement of the crowd.  The parade ended at the County Court House and then the town waited in anticipation as all of the trees along Lake Gleneida lit up to the delight of young and old alike.
