Swim Season At Sports Clubs for Kids New York Sports Clubs in Somers

| March 15, 2012

Please join Sports Clubs for Kids at New York Sports Clubs in Somers in kicking off the Swim Season! With the warm weather rapidly approaching it is the perfect time to introduce or re-introduce our little ones to the water.

With group and private lessons available we are well equipped to have your children waterproofed for summer 2012. We pride ourselves in offering the lowest student to teacher ratios, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and clean facilities.

All of our instructors are certified through our company to teach children as young as six months through adulthood.

We also offer ‘Fitcamp’ and Kid’s Yoga! Forty-five minutes with our very own Dawn Basciano, certified personal trainer, Zumbatomic instructor, and Kids Spin specialist. Fitcamp is designed for children between the ages of 6 and 13 years and is devoted to improve children’s speed, agility and strength in a creative and fun manner.

Kid’s Yoga, lead by yoga enthusiast and certified instructor Diane Massero is designed to teach kids in a fun and safe environment. Kids will be able to improve strength and flexibility through poses taught in an engaging and interactive manner, while also improving concentration, focus, and relaxation.

No plans for Spring Break? No problem! Join us for ‘School’s Out’! Monday, April 2nd through Friday, April 6th from 10am to 3pm you can relax knowing that your children are keeping busy with an agenda that includes recreational swim, sports, games, and specialized programming. Registration is strongly suggested!

Free swim assessments and ‘just try it classes’ are always available. For information on any and all of our events and programs please contact the Sports Clubs for Kids program desk at 914.628.5600.
