The Patterson Flea Market will open for the 2012 season on Sunday, April 15 and run every Sunday 8:AM – 4:PM (weather permitting) through October. It’s the oldest and only continuously running flea market in Putnam County. Sellers from all over come to sell merchandise from antiques and collectibles, to new items and everything in between. You don’t have to be a dealer either; homeowners who can’t have their own tag sale can sell at the market and setting up is easy; Just pack your vehicle and show up on any Sunday as early as 7am for a space. No reservations needed.

For only $ 35 you get a large 20′ x 20′ space (larger spaces just slightly more). Tables and clothes rack are available also. If you’re a buyer, this popular flea market always has great deals and interesting items for sale. Good food and cold drinks are available along with free admission and plenty of free parking.

The address is 3161 Route. 22, Patterson NY 12563. It’s easy to get to, just ½ mile north of Rt. 311 and 9.5 miles north of the I-684, I-84, 22 and Route 6 Clover Leaf (in Brewster), or two miles south of Rt. 55 (in Pawling). Look for their signs.
