FREE to the first 100 Youth ages 8 – 14.  All participants will receive a: FREE Rod, Reel, Tackle Kit, 2010 Fishing Directory & a Hat.

Co sponsored by Cornell Cooperative Extension of Putnam County and the Oasis Sporstmen’s Club with support from the Jack Stewoart Jr. Memorial Fund.

Mt. Nimham Fire Tower

Ninham Fire Tower in Kent is peaceful and quite.  It isn’t too steep, but the ground is gravel and uneven so I suggest wearing proper hiking shoes or supportive sneakers. An occasional chipmunk and squirrel scuttle across the road as birds sing their songs undisturbed in the trees.  Mt.
