A two-acre refuge within the greater Teatown preserve, this unique sanctuary is home to over 230 native and endangered species of wildflowers. Experienced guides lead visitors along a wondrous journey, describing the unique features of the Island's wildflowers, most of which are native to our area. We invite you to take a tour of Wildflower Island and enjoy the beauty of our natural heritage. Tours available on Saturdays at 10:30am and 1:30pm and Sundays at 1:30pm through September 30. Access to the Island is by guided tour only for guests ages 12 and over.
